Aurélia Petit
Aurélia Petit began acting in 1984 with Turbulences, directed by Gilberte Tsaï at the TEP, followed by Voyage en Chine intérieure, again directed by Gilberte Tsaï.
After a year at Niels Arestrup's L'école du passage, she moved on to street theater, cabaret and Cirque Archaos. This was followed by several shows with Gérard Desarthe, Cie Sentimental Bourreau, Laurent Pelly, Tilly, Christophe Salengro, Jean Yves Ruf, Simon Mc Burney, Jérôme Bel, Nicolas Bigards, Philippe Decouflé.
She has also worked in film with Cédric Klapisch, Christophe Lamotte, Peter Watkins, Christophe Ruggia, Valérie Minetto, Michel Gondry, J-Michel Ribes, Andrew Kötting, Mathieu Amalric, Jêrome Bonnell, Pierre Shoeler, Valéria Bruni Tedeschi, Anne Villacèque, Julie Lopes Curval, Benoit Jacquot, Philippe Harel, Etienne Labroue and Valérie Donzelli.
She studied documentary film at Ateliers Varan. With Lazare Boghossian, she wrote La cage aux Blondes, and Prologue, a show she performed at the Théâtre national de Chaillot.
She will adapt Lettres de la Guerre by Antonio Lobo Antunes for a show at the MC93 and the Théâtre de la Cité International in 2012.
A book Chemin de râteaux is published by Orbis Pictus Club.
His film Cadavre exquis is still in production.
